How many sessions?

Many people inquire how many sessions they need and that usually all depends on the issue you are coming for. Imagine the iceberg again, it all depends on you and your subconscious. I’ve had thorough and in depth training in Client Centered Hypnotherapy©, which means you are the leading factor and we walk the path and pace you are ready for. There are issues that can be dealt with in two session and others take more sessions. I recommend you book for 3 sessions. A good interval is about 10 days. If we manage to resolve the issue during the first or second session or you decide not to continue for any reason we simply cancel the other session(s).
