Hypnotherapy works by changing the way you think. Perhaps you get anxious in certain situations, or maybe you have a habit that just isn’t working for you anymore. Sometimes, as much as we ‘want to change’, willpower isn’t enough and that’s where Hypnotherapy can help.

Hypnosis is a wonderful feeling of deep relaxation, your are not fully awake or asleep, however you remain totally in control throughout. Actually, some people call this state a ‘focused awareness’, meaning you are more in control than usual. It is a natural and wonderful state and in fact we all experience this state on a regular basis. It can be similar to the feeling of drifting off to sleep and many people are surprised to find how natural and normal it feels.

Hypnotherapy is a very safe therapy; it is about comfort and relaxation, because when you are fully relaxed your conscious mind relaxes too and your subconscious mind is open to learning and creating new pathways and new patterns of behavior.
